Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and it’s the perfect event to give your decor a touch of love!

Even if this party may seem commercial to some, it is nonetheless an ideal opportunity to spend time with family, friends, or with a loved one. In addition, DIYs are the perfect solution to revisit your decor and set the tone for your evening without breaking the bank!

Valentine’s Day Origin

It is said that Valentine was a Roman who lived in the 3rd century under Emperor Claudius II, nicknamed Claudius the Cruel. Having great difficulty recruiting his soldiers, Claude said to himself that the homes, wives, and children of his men were the cause and thus decided to ban marriages. But a priest continued to celebrate marriages: the priest Valentin. When the emperor found out, he immediately had him arrested and condemned him to death. While Valentine was in prison, he met his guardian’s daughter, who was blind. The story goes that just before being beheaded, Valentine restored sight to his beloved by sending her a note signed “your Valentine.”

6 Tables Decorations Ideas

  1. Play the simplicity card
Valentine’s Day is too often associated with decorations that are sometimes too much, even completely kitsch. To avoid this pitfall, forget about the 100% love decoration, based on multicolored sequins! Instead, opt for relatively sober support, enhanced by your care with colorful and more festive touches, like a raw wood table dotted with some decorative elements.

2- Set up a Table worthy of a Great Restaurant
Do you prefer a table decoration at a lower cost? Bet on a combination of plates and cutlery that are out of the ordinary. Pick two plates from your dinner service on a big night, or bring out the holiday cutlery. Then set the table harmoniously, arranging all the knives, spoons, and forks on either side of the plate, like in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Here is the elegant dressage!

3- Hand Painted Tablecloth: Whether it’s for a romantic date or a girls’ dinner, this painted tablecloth will be the perfect backdrop for your table!
To make it, all you have to do is get a simple white tablecloth (or use one you already have) and paint a few “X” and “O” randomly on it. Simple and so Chic!

4- Romantic Centerpiece: Here’s a great way to use little lace trivets in a non-cheeky way!
Get some reds and whites (you can certainly find some at the dollar store), then layer them on top of each other to create a table runner. Simple and Elegant!

5- Bet on recycling your Holiday Decor
As a responsible consumer, you are playing Valentine’s Day game … without purchasing a complete kit for the occasion! Because you know very well, once the evening has passed, the balloons stamped “Love forever” always end up in the trash: a heresy, for ecology! To get around the problem without spending a euro, recycle your Christmas decoration; these little wooden stars will be perfect on your Valentine’s Day table.

6- Wrap your Love Words
You may be one of those shy hearts who rarely express their romantic feelings verbally … Perhaps you would be more comfortable with the writing? In that case, write a tender missive for Valentine’s Day, and slip it into an envelope wrapped in a pretty satin cord. To kill two birds with one stone, choose colors that match your table decoration: this is a decorative element that has not finished revealing all its secrets;)

  4. In accordance with my study, after a foreclosures home is offered at a bidding, it is common for that borrower to still have any remaining unpaid debt on the bank loan. There are many loan providers who try to have all expenses and liens cleared by the next buyer. Having said that, depending on specific programs, restrictions, and state legislation there may be some loans that aren’t easily fixed through the switch of personal loans. Therefore, the obligation still falls on the lender that has acquired his or her property foreclosed on. Thanks for sharing your opinions on this weblog.
